The next time you run into trouble with your vehicle you can use Service Tracker to get live updates on your roadside assistance call. You can track your driver's location on an interactive map, see estimated time of arrival, and closely follow the status of your call while you wait.
Step 1: Login or create a CAA MyAccount
Your MyAccount login enables you to use CAA Service Tracker, manage your membership, check your CAA Dollars® balance and more!
Step 2: Request Roadside Assistance
If you experience car problems, submit your request online, through the CAA App, or call us at 1-800-263-3616.
Step 3: Start Tracking Your Driver
Log into the CAA app, or visit caaniagara.ca/servicetracker to follow the status of your call.
