YMCA-A Member Open House
Find Community, Fun & Fitness at YMCA
On Sunday, February 4th, the YMCA of Niagara will open their doors for CAA Members to experience the benefits of what a YMCA Membership has to offer and to explore the ins and outs of their state-of-the-art facilities!
This event is completely FREE for CAA Members and will feature:
- Open Swim
- Group Fitness Class Demos (Yoga, Strength, etc.)
- Pickleball
- Access to the Fitness Centre
- Facility Tours each hour and Q&A with Membership Experts
- Appearances from local mascots
- Bouncy House, Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, and much more!
CAA Members can enjoy a free coffee and treat while taking a tour and chatting with YMCA staff about their facilities and the exclusive CAA offer with new sign ups!

- Welland - Circuit Training with Ab Blast - 3:00-4:00pm
- Grimsby - Cardio Mix - 2:15-3:15pm
- Port Colborne - Strength - 2:00-2:30pm
