CAA Niagara Temporary Delivery Service

CAA Niagara is here to help

During these challenging times, CAA Niagara is determined to continue supporting our Members however we can. In addition to our usual 24/7 roadside assistance, CAA Niagara is now offering a temporary delivery service to Members in self-isolation.

We realize it’s become difficult for many of our Members, and their loved ones, to venture out into the community. Simple tasks like grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions have suddenly become a challenge. If you’re in need, CAA Niagara will collect your curbside-pick and ensure a contact-less delivery to your home. (Conditions apply)

This is a temporary service and will be available to all CAA Niagara Members Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where can I place an order for pickup?

A number of businesses in Niagara are ready to serve you with order-ahead service, including:

PickUpSTC: view a full list of businesses in Niagara open for call-ahead service.

PC Express: Shop online for groceries at your local Zehrs, Valu Mart, or Real Canadian Superstore.

Delivery service requests are available to Members that reside in the Niagara Region. Each delivery request counts as a roadside assistance call. Members who have compromised immune systems or are over the age of 65+ will receive this service at no charge, so the call will not count towards a service call on their account.

This temporary service is only available to all CAA Niagara Members in good standing (dues are paid in full). Service will take place between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and must meet the following conditions:

  • The delivery service driver will not make any payments of any kind. All purchases must be paid for prior to delivery.
  • This service is a contact-less delivery. Curbside pickup is required.
  • Delivery service is intended for essential goods only, for example, groceries, non-narcotic prepaid click-and-pay medications, etc.
  • Delivery will not be provided for controlled substances, liquor, beer, fast food, or any items that require a purchaser’s signature.
  • Driver will not complete any financial transactions or enter any business premises.
  • Delivery is curbside only. If the Member is unavailable, items will be left at the door.
  • The maximum value of the goods to be picked up and delivered is $250.00
  • Delivery service may be booked by a CAA Niagara Member for a friend or family member, provided all membership conditions are met.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours from the time your service request is submitted for a representative to respond. CAA Niagara temporary delivery service may be suspended at any time. CAA Niagara reserves the right to refuse a delivery request for any reason. Each form submission will serve as one delivery request and there will be a limit of requests per Member depending on volume.
