*Contest Rules & Conditions – Enter to Win the Ultimate VIP Experience
The “Ultimate VIP Experience” contest (the “Contest”) is administered by CAA Niagara (the “Sponsor”) and runs from July 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET) to July 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. A valid CAA Niagara membership is required to enter. Employees of CAA Niagara, the Welland Jackfish, and their respective affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry form during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Prize:
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of the Baseline VIP Table experience for the winner and up to three (3) guests for the Welland Jackfish game on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 7:05 PM at Welland Stadium. The VIP experience includes: prime seating beside the dugout, a first pitch opportunity, four (4) hot dogs, four (4) slices of pizza, four (4) Welland Jackfish hats, eight (8) assorted beverages, unlimited water, bottomless popcorn, dedicated wait service, and access to an à la carte menu for additional purchases. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or substituted.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about July 14, 2026. The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached or fails to respond within the specified time, another entrant may be selected.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without notice. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Attendance at the game is subject to the policies and admission rules of the Welland Jackfish and Welland Stadium. The winner and their guests must comply with all venue policies.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with CAA Niagara’s privacy policy.
