  • Drive less than 12,000 km per year
  • Avoid speeding
  • Avoid driving between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.

 

Setting up CAA Connect is simple

CAA Connect is easy to install, plug the device into your vehicle's OBD II port and call in to activate the device. CAA Connect will then begin wirelessly transmitting your driving information to a secure server, which you can review from the CAA Connect website.

In a separate package, you'll receive your device with simple installation instructions along with a toll free number for easy activation and support. No. By enrolling in CAA Connect your rates will not be increased. At renewal, the data collected would only be used to qualify you for additional discounts based on your safe driving behaviour and your ongoing enrollment. CAA Connect is about recognizing and rewarding drivers that consistently demonstrate safe driving behaviours. This will now allow drivers to participate in individualized savings.
