CAA is here for you and your loved ones

During this time of social distancing, it’s become more important than ever to have human interaction. To help combat the isolation, CAA Niagara is now offering social check-in calls for anyone interested in having a lighthearted conversation to help brighten their day.

Our CAA team members will call between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  These times and dates are subject to change, depending on call volume.

CAA employees are not medical professionals or health advisors; therefore anyone who expresses such concerns will be directed to an appropriate service provider. Social check-in call requests are available to the general public (Members and Non-Members) that reside in Ontario. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours from the time your service request is submitted for a representative to respond. Calls will be placed between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. These calls will not count towards a service call on your Membership Account. All calls will be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and training purposes. CAA Niagara social check-in call service may be suspended at any time. CAA Niagara reserves the right to refuse a social check-in call request for any reason. Each form submission will serve as one call request and there will be a limit of calls per week per Member depending on call centre volume. Call duration will vary depending on call centre capacity.
