Terms and Conditions:

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Contest runs December 20, 2025, to January 3, 2026. An email or landing page will contain the form to complete and submit your free entry along with your submission photo. For Instagram submissions, @CAA_Niagara must be tagged. Multiple submissions per household are allowed. By entering, you agree to the Official Rules and CAA Niagara's Terms of Use. Entries must be original work and free of copyright issues. Winners will be contacted by email and announced on our social media channels after the contest closes.

1. ELIGIBILITY

CAA Niagara's Happy Paw-lidays Photo Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by CAA Niagara is open to people who meet the following requirements: you must (i) be a resident of Ontario, (ii) if under eighteen (18), have a parent or guardian eighteen (18) years or older read and accept the rules. Employees, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. For these rules, “immediate family” means spouse, partner, parent, child, brother, sister, whether or not they reside in the same household. The Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Quebec residents are not eligible.

2. CONTEST PERIOD:

The contest begins on December 20, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and concludes on January 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

Visit the contest landing page and follow the instructions to submit an original photograph of your pet enjoying the holiday season. Only online entries are eligible. No print or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and may be declared invalid if late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or otherwise irregular. Each entry must feature a unique pet.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be chosen at random from valid entries and contacted via the email provided during entry.

4. PRIZES

Three prizes are available. Each winner will receive a $100 VISA Gift Card. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. CAA Niagara reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.

5. NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANTS

Selected entrants will be notified by email. To be confirmed as a winner, the entrant must:

• (a) confirm compliance with these Contest Rules;
• (b) accept the prize as awarded;
• (c) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
• (d) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within five (5) business days of notification.

The skill-testing question will be administered and returned by email.

6. AWARDING OF PRIZES

Prizes will be made available in-branch to confirmed winners. Winners are responsible for any expenses not included with the prize. Refusal to accept a prize releases CAA Niagara from all obligations related to prize delivery.

7. GENERAL RULES

By accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, city, photograph, or likeness in publicity without additional compensation. Winners may be forfeited if skill-testing questions are answered incorrectly, forms are incomplete, or responses are late.
