New Year, New Hue Contest
Official Rules & Regulations

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The New Year, New Hue Contest (the “Contest”) is presented by CAA Niagara in partnership with Dulux Paints. The Contest runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET to January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open exclusively to active CAA Niagara members who are legal residents of Ontario, Canada and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Membership must be valid at the time of entry and at the time of prize award.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of CAA Niagara, Dulux Paints, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling, whether or not they reside in the same household. Residents of Quebec are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, eligible members must visit the official contest entry page and complete the online entry form. A valid CAA Niagara membership number may be required for verification.

Limit of one (1) entry per member. Entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Automated, bulk, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

4. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) eligible entrant will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE

One (1) prize is available to be won: One (1) $1,500 CAD Dulux Paints Gift Card. The prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. A prize of equal or greater value may be substituted if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CONFIRMATION

The selected entrant will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:

• correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
• sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within five (5) business days of notification.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Once confirmed, prize delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Contest by CAA Niagara and Dulux Paints, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

CAA Niagara reserves the right to verify membership status and disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest in accordance with CAA Niagara’s Privacy Policy.
