Leave your car and your worries behind! Your journey begins with a home pick-up by Niagara Airbus, whisking you away to the scenic Fielding Estate Winery. Here, indulge in a cozy wine and soup tasting inside their charming outdoor domes.

Next, visit The Foreign Affair Winery where the talented team from Chz Plz will guide you through the art of styling the perfect charcuterie board. Using locally sourced cheeses and meats, you’ll learn how to create stunning displays that pair beautifully with any wine of choice. An I.S.G. certified Sommelier will deepen the experience, explaining why certain wines and foods harmonize and why some don’t.

The day concludes at Creekside Estate Winery, where a final surprise awaits. Indulge in the chef's specially selected food and wine pairing; before you’re comfortably dropped back off at home. Come experience a day of tasting, pairing, and learning, celebrating Niagara’s finest wines, cheeses, and meats.
